“Importance of Father’s Day”

A father is someone who cares for you and supports you when times are tough and will stand with you without looking back. The importance of a father is that they can teach you stuff that mothers normally can not do or are able to do as good as a father could. Some examples of fathers are or could be big brothers, Grandads,uncles,cousins,papaw,dad. A father has a very big impact on babies when they pick them up they have a playful nature to it and also let them crawl or toddle alittle further than mothers would and allow them to take alittle more risks. The reason we celebrate father’s day is because it is a complement to mother’s day and is also to celebrate fatherhood and male parenting. It is also to honor and commemorate our forefathers. We celebrate it on every third Sunday of june , This year it falls on June 20th. It is said that we first celebrated it on June 13,1910.
